With Loungta, les chevaux de vent (wind horses), Bartabas invites us to discover a spiritual Tibet, transfigured as always by the magic of his art. The tiltle "Loungta, les chevaux de vent" the title designates banners of veils with syllables and sacred phrases recited by monks during funeral ceremonies. The idea for the show came from a visit by Bartabas to the temple of Gyuto in India, where Lamaic monks have been trained since their forced exile from Tibet.

With Chimera, Zingaro goes back in time, guided by the horse towards the shores of the Indian civilization, in the desert plains of Thar, at the source of the nomadic people. They are accompanied in their journey by the musicians heirs of these thousand-year-old traditions, a group of Langas and Manganiyars, roaming bards of the Rajasthan, with whom they pursue their dream: to melt at the same moment the happiness of the public, the singers, the horses and the riders, to share the immense risks to exist.

The Darshan combines visual capture and revelation. It makes perceptible a part of the invisible : it increases the sight tenfold.

Chamane (Shaman) is the second movie realized by Bartabas, taken out on March 6th, 1996. Escaped from the Gulag on Yakut horses, Dimitri, formerly violinist in Moscow, and an old Shaman run away in the taiga. Before dying, the Shaman reveals to his companion that spirits surround him, and that they will accompany him in the adventures and the meetings towards these unlimitedness where no man can survive only.
